The Guardians of the Roselle Foundation

The Roselle Foundation is governed by a formal Charter that provides us with the structure to support the development and growth of the School. The Foundation is led by a group of Guardians comprising parents, past parents, Old Boys, Saint Kentigern Trust Board members and staff. The Guardians share one thing in common: they care deeply about Saint Kentigern Boys’ School and its future.

The Guardians meet regularly to consider and promote philanthropy within the community, working with the Trust Board to attract and manage on-going funding streams for the School.

The Saint Kentigern Boys’ School Roselle Foundation Charter

The Roselle Foundation Funds are governed pursuant to the terms of the Roselle Foundation Charter.  The Charter establishes the respective roles and responsibilities of the Guardians and Saint Kentigern Trust Board with respect to the management and use of funds contributed by donors.  The Roselle Foundation Funds will only be used to support Saint Kentigern Boys’ School and its boys.

An annual report for the Roselle Foundation will be prepared and made available to the Saint Kentigern Boys’ School community following the end of each financial year.
